Amlin own several different boat insurance businesses across diverse markets and the initial task was a migration into the single Haven Knox-Johnston brand to address this challenge.
Our research demonstrated that less than 10% of boat owners were being reached by the majority of budget spent in the traditional boating press. CWC's brand essence process revealed the differentator that sets Haven apart in a fiercely competitive and commoditised market.
"The boat insurance people who share your passion" was the distinctive theme deployed across all channels including social media.
