Generating year-round engagement online

The brief:

To generate year-round engagement with the widest boat owning audience who are otherwise only in market for a single transaction every year.

What we did:

Planned a series of videos about boating along Britain’s most popular coastline to share some of the best places to see and visit. Given that this is a subject already well covered, we developed an approach which focused on historical activities that have left their mark on the landscape to create each clip as a new voyage of discovery.

What we achieved:

Engagement with the target audience across all social media platforms using mini-video clips in posts which linked to the full series on the YouTube channel which has now received 275,000 viewings. On screen links allow viewers to click for an online boat insurance quote.
